REFUND POLICY

Return Policy:

    • Carefully inspect shipments upon arrival.
    • Notify us within 30 days for:
      • Damaged, leaking, tampered, broken, expired, incomplete, or wrong products.
    • Unacceptable reasons for return:
      • Opened/altered products, missing packaging.
      • Late requests (after 4 days from delivery).
      • Non-manufacturing defects.
    • Provide evidence to contact@parisarpharma.com within 30 days.
    • We’ll review within 24 hours.
    • Replace/refund if approved.
    • Self-ship if no pickup service, we reimburse courier.
    • Refunds not applicable for damage/tampering, wrong address, partial use, policy non-compliance.

Refunds:

    • No refunds for:
      • Damage/tampering, incorrect address, partial use, policy non-compliance.
    • Refunds possible if:
      • Out of stock, address issue, policy followed, product untampered, double payment.

Cancellation & Refunds:

    • Cancel via email before dispatch.
    • Dispatched orders not cancellable.
    • Refund in 5-7 days to original payment.
    • No processing fee; pay difference for higher-priced replacement.

Modes of Refund:

    • Prepaid orders refund to original payment account after verification in 3-5 days.
    • COD refunds to provided bank account after verification in 3-5 days.

Timeline:

    • Refund processed in 3-5 working days.
    • Replacement dispatched in 3-5 working days upon approval.
