REFUND POLICY
Return Policy:
- Carefully inspect shipments upon arrival.
- Notify us within 30 days for:
- Damaged, leaking, tampered, broken, expired, incomplete, or wrong products.
- Unacceptable reasons for return:
- Opened/altered products, missing packaging.
- Late requests (after 4 days from delivery).
- Non-manufacturing defects.
- Provide evidence to contact@parisarpharma.com within 30 days.
- We’ll review within 24 hours.
- Replace/refund if approved.
- Self-ship if no pickup service, we reimburse courier.
- Refunds not applicable for damage/tampering, wrong address, partial use, policy non-compliance.

- Refunds possible if:
- Out of stock, address issue, policy followed, product untampered, double payment.
- No refunds for:
Cancellation & Refunds:
- Cancel via email before dispatch.
- Dispatched orders not cancellable.
- Refund in 5-7 days to original payment.
- No processing fee; pay difference for higher-priced replacement.
Modes of Refund:
- Prepaid orders refund to original payment account after verification in 3-5 days.
- COD refunds to provided bank account after verification in 3-5 days.
Timeline:
- Refund processed in 3-5 working days.
- Replacement dispatched in 3-5 working days upon approval.
